At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on reaching everyone around the world.
When will my order ship?
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 10:00am (PT) / 1:00pm (ET) will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Note: Orders placed during new collection launches, weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow an extra 36-48 hours for order processing.
Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?
Shipping estimates are provided by FedEx.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
Do you offer signature-required shipment delivery options?
Yes. ONE Performance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Do you offer gift wrapping or boxes?
Not at this time.

Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.
Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.

How do I return an item?

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, it may cause delays.
